What is the warranty policy?

Neat offers a standard one-year warranty on all devices, covering defects and hardware issues. If you opt for Neat Pulse (https://neat.no/pulse/#plans) or Neat as a Service (NaaS), you can get extended warranty coverage, which includes advance replacement to keep your meetings running smoothly. For certified refurbished devices, the same one-year warranty applies. You can purchase extended warranties through Neat’s preferred partners or online for extra peace of mind. Check with Neat’s sales team for specifics on your device.

Is there a risk-free trial?

Yes! Neat provides a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy for any of our devices.

Here's how it all works.

  • Add the desired Neat devices and accessories to your cart to begin your order.
  • We'll ship your Neat devices directly to your business.
  • During your 30-day trial period, you can access our dedicated team of Neat support specialists to provide help and guidance.
  • If you love your device, keep it. If not, email us at returns@neat.no before the end of your 30-day trial to begin your return. You must return the device in like-new condition and in its original packaging. We'll arrange to pick up the package and refund your order.
  • Due to the weight and cost of shipping, Neat Board Pro returns incur a US$1,000 restocking fee.

Yep, Neat offers a subscription plan called Neat as a Service (NaaS), which lets you equip your spaces with Neat devices for a fixed annual fee.
