CEO
Javed Khan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Neat. He brings to Neat his expertise in building scalable, AI-driven technology platforms and spearheading organizational transformation. He is widely recognized for his leadership uniting hardware and software innovation to drive growth.
Before his arrival at Neat, Javed held the position of Executive Vice President of Intelligent Systems at Aptiv, where he focused on delivering intelligent hardware and software solutions for multiple end markets including automotive, aerospace and defense, and robotics. Prior to Aptiv, Javed was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cisco Collaboration. While managing that multi-billion-dollar portfolio, he was instrumental in the comprehensive modernization of Webex during the pandemic-era shift to remote work.
Javed’s professional journey started in engineering at Novell Networks before he joined Symantec. He holds a MS in Computer Science from Loyola University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at University of California, Los Angeles.

Jan De Cauwer is the Chief Financial Officer at Neat. With a deep background in scaling high-growth technology companies and navigating complex public and private financial markets, Jan leads Neat’s fiscal operations to ensure sustainable long-term growth. Before joining Neat, he held executive financial leadership positions across the technology and telecommunications sectors, including CFO of Tadpad (acq. Experian 2020) and VP of Ad-Tech at Telenor. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on strategic and M&A advising. Jan has an MS in Civil Engineering from KU Leuven and an MBA from London Business School where he graduated with distinction.

Chief Product & Engineering Officer
Tormod Ree is the Chief Product and Engineering Officer for Neat, responsible for the company’s hardware and software engineering, product, and product marketing teams. Prior to joining Neat, Tormod was the VP, Avigilon Alta Video for Motorola Solutions and the CEO and Co-founder of Ava Unified Security (acq. Motorola 2023). He was also a Senior Director and GM at Cisco, where he was responsible for the Spark Board (now Webex Board). Tormod started his career in consulting and spent 18 months as a soldier in the Norwegian Army. He has a MSc in Telecommunications from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Ivar Johnsrud is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of Neat, where he pioneers the company's hardware architecture, core electronics, and advanced video technologies. From 2010 until he left in 2018 to found Neat, Ivar worked for the Norwegian startup Prox Dynamics (acq. Flir 2016) designing Nano UAVs for the military market. Prior to Prox Dynamics, Ivar spent almost seven years at Tandberg (acq. Cisco 2010), where he worked on the MXP line of codecs and settops, designed the electronics in the first HD Precision camera, managed a hardware electronic team, and was the system designer behind the C-series codecs starting with C90. He holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology.

Chief Human Resources Officer
Joanna Kwan is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Neat. Joanna has decades of experience partnering with senior executives to build high-performing organizations. Most recently, Joanna served as Director of HR Business Partners at Cisco, leading a global team supporting the $5B+ Collaboration/Webex Business Unit, with 7,000+ employees spanning engineering, product, design, customer success, and marketing across the globe. In this role, she partnered directly with leadership on end-to-end talent strategy, including organizational design, leadership succession, executive coaching, M&A, and workforce planning. Prior to Cisco, she held roles at United Technologies and Mercer Consulting. Joanna holds an MBA and a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.

Priscilla Barolo is the Vice President of Marketing at Neat, overseeing global demand generation, channel marketing, branding, communications, and online business. Previously, she spent nearly a decade at Zoom–joining as employee #11–where she led the communications strategy through every company milestone, including IPO and rapid pandemic-era expansion. Priscilla began her career in the nonprofit sector and has advised technology companies ranging from seed-stage start-ups to Series D. She holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA from Bowdoin College.

Rick Hill is the Vice President and General Manager of the Americas at Neat, responsible for driving the company’s Americas market growth, leading enterprise sales, and deepening customer relationships. A seasoned sales executive with a wealth of experience in the video collaboration and SaaS sectors, Rick specializes in building high-performing enterprise commercial teams and executing strategic go-to-market initiatives. Before joining Neat, Rick served as VP of Sales, North America for Motorola and VP of Sales, Americas for Ava Security (acq. Motorola 2022). Rick spent 16 years at Cisco, where he started as a sales associate, and took on leadership responsibilities across sales and partnerships, culminating with his role as Director of Sales, Global Enterprise. Rick has a BS in Marketing from Clemson University and is actively involved in housing and food charities in the Charlotte, NC area.

Martijn Blokland serves as the Vice President and General Manager of International at Neat, leading the company’s commercial strategy, operations, and channel partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific regions. With an extensive background in international business development and global technology distribution, Martijn is instrumental in expanding Neat’s global footprint. Prior to Neat, Martijn held a mix of revenue leadership roles across OEMs and channel organizations, including Kinly, Cisco, Videxio, Talk and Vision UK, Tandberg, BT Group, and Ricoh. Martijn has a BS in Commerce/Marketing from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Masters in Business Strategy from AOG School of Management.

Alicia Ramirez-Ingalls is the Vice President of Strategy & Operations, Office of the CEO at Neat. In this role, she orchestrates cross-functional strategic initiatives, aligns organizational priorities, and ensures operational execution across the leadership team. Prior to Neat, Alicia spent the majority of her career at Zoom in leadership roles across marketing strategy, planning, and operations, where she gained her expertise bridging visionary concepts into streamlined business realities. Alicia has a BA in Economics from University of California, Davis.

Justin Chi is the General Counsel at Neat, where he oversees all global legal affairs, corporate governance, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Prior to his role at Neat, Justin built a distinguished legal career counseling high-growth technology companies, navigating the intersection of law, cutting-edge technology, and commercial scale. Justin was the Head of Legal & Compliance at Zwift. He began his career as an Associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Justin has an MS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Biochemistry from California State University, Long Beach, and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Washington University in St. Louis.

Chief Information Security Officer
Steve Odegaard is the Chief Information Security Officer at Neat, where he leads information security across the company's product portfolio, internal IT, and security operations. He joined Neat in 2022, bringing over two decades of experience in information technology and cybersecurity. Before Neat, Steve spent 13 years at AptarGroup advancing from Active Directory Administrator to Director of Cybersecurity & Architecture. Within that role, he built the company's global security program and delivered updates to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee. Earlier in his career, Steve held IT consulting and engineering roles at Plante Moran and RKON Technologies where he developed expertise in infrastructure, identity management, and IT security assessments across manufacturing, financial services, and public sector clients. Steve takes a pragmatic risk-based approach to security, aligning programs with business objectives and building the relationships needed to drive them forward. He has a BA in Operations Management & Information Systems from Northern Illinois University and is an ICS2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
